We've arranged our user documentation and technical guides into separate areas called "spaces". You can browse the spaces by clicking on topics or pages, or you can search from the box in the top right of the page to quickly find answers to your questions.

Support is also available by sending an email to support@thirdlight.com, or by telephone for customers with a telephone support contract. For emails, we operate a ticket system which allows us to help you more efficiently. Our support hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
